Dan McCarthy has practiced law for more than 20 years and founded McCarthy Law Office in 2015 to build a practice centered on personal relationships, clear guidance, and practical solutions.
Today, Dan’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trust administration for families throughout Greater Cincinnati. He helps clients understand their options, make thoughtful decisions, and create a clear path forward for themselves and the people they care about.
Dan has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer each year from 2019 through 2026. He is also active in the Greater Cincinnati community and serves as Chair of the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission in 2026.

Outside the office, Dan and his wife, Christina, are raising their family on Cincinnati’s Westside, where they are connected to the local schools and community organizations that shape this part of town. Dan also enjoys running, including full and half marathons, and following soccer and local sports.
